Delete account or data
This public page remains available after uninstalling the Android app. A request does not delete data until identity, authority and retention duties are checked.
Before you request deletion
- Company account: an authorized owner or administrator must request and verify closure of the company account.
- Employee account: your employer generally controls employment records. Contact the employer as well; OKWorkD will coordinate requests for platform data where applicable.
- Payroll, tax, employment, contract, fraud-prevention, transaction and audit records may be retained when law or a legitimate legal claim requires it.
- We may ask you to verify control of the registered email or provide non-sensitive proof of authority. Never send your password, OTP or full ID document through this form.
The privacy team responds after verification and within the period required by applicable law. Data that cannot yet be deleted will be restricted and retained only for the required purpose.
